Prior to any staff member being dispatched on any works, our database automatically checks and confirms that the staff member’s certifications/registrations/licenses etc, are current, and up to date. If any license/registration/certification is not confirmed as ’Current’ in our database, that staff member is effectively ‘quarantined’ from our database of available Personnel required for the particular works and can therefore not be dispatched for any service works requiring that certification/registration/license.
Accordingly, the client can be confident that every SPA Trade Services staff member will be been confirmed as having the required qualifications prior to dispatch/engagement of any Contract, which is of particular importance given that some contractual obligations required out staff to have Security Clearances.
