Air Quality Control & Monitoring Minimize
Airborne Asbestos Monitoring

An airborne asbestos monitoring run involves the use of monitors to determine an estimate of airborne asbestos fibre concentrations in selected areas/environments.

An air monitoring report will be produced to present the results of the monitoring in compliance with the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001, the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission (NOHSC) Code of Practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos 2nd Edition [NOHSC: 2002(2005)], NOHSC the Code of Practice for Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC: 2018(2005)], and the NOHSC Guidance Note on the Membrane Filter Method for Estimating Airborne Asbestos Fibres 2nd Edition [NOHSC: 3003 (2005)].

SPA Trade Services Consultants and Engineers utilise NATA accredited equipment for asbestos fibre counting and air volume measurement.
