Thermal
Imaging Inspection is conducted by using the latest digital cameras to detect
hotspots and other thermal and voltage abnormalities in switchboards and
electrical panels. Thermal imaging in other areas can also identify
the transfer of infrared heat radiation from an object allowing a way to scan
for thermal emissions sustained on various surfaces and display this live information
as an image of temperature distribution. This process is completed in order to reveal
possible areas that may need to be dealt with by either installing insulation
or repositioning of the equipment radiating the heat. This will result in the
safety and efficiency of machinery, building structures or electrical apparatus
such as switchboards. In the instance that the equipment is unable to be
re-located, this process allows the monitoring of the situation and allow the
conditioning monitoring reports on switchboards and their circuitry that SPA
delivers can even predict the failure of machinery or electrical apparatus.
