A Scope of Works report prepared by SPA Trade Services will ensure that the responsibilities of each party is clearly defined and that the works are undertaken in an efficient and cost effective manner. Asbestos Clearance Certificates Following removal of asbestos materials the area will be inspected to determine that all asbestos materials have been removed to a satisfactory industry standard. Following a successful inspection an asbestos clearance certificate will be issued.
