SPA provides its personnel and contractors with a login facility to ascertain what jobs have been assigned to them subsequent to a work request logged with SPA by our clients. The personnel and contractors can search through their allocated tasks in order to potentially provide a faster response time for our clients. SPA’s personnel and contractors can then download their particular job task onto their unique PDA device in which they have on their person constantly. This enables them to refer back to details provided by our clients and SPA Trade Services. The job task can then be signed off on remotely in the field in order to alert our client of the completion of the job task. This process is regarded by our clients as the most advanced interactive service in the market place.
